I build AI agents and the products they run inside.

I'm Muzaffar Hossain, founding engineer at Transilience AI. I designed the system our security agents run on, from the agent backend to the UI they render through.

Illustrative demo of an agent interface: a question comes in, the agent calls tools, streams its answer, and renders the result as a native UI component.

01Selected work

Security OS

An AI-native Security OS for cloud environments. Agents handle compliance, threat intel and SOC work, with humans in the loop.
“You built this in 20 days?” Our CEO leaned closer to his screen.
Nine of us built the MVP in 20 days, on $1,044 of Claude Code. It went GA in May 2026. 20+ customers run on it today.

The layers I designed, and still maintain

  1. Turns a live stream of agent output into native product UI, and keeps the conversation intact when someone refreshes mid-answer.

    • Streaming protocol
    • Streaming markdown
    • Components compiled and injected at runtime
    • Chat persistence that survives a refresh
    • Chat and UI caches kept in sync

solid = designed and maintained by me · dashed = built on it, or bought

Three things I built into it

Streaming agent UI

Agent output streams from our custom endpoint into the product as markdown, and as real components compiled and injected at runtime. It renders like the rest of the app.

  • react
  • streaming
  • runtime ui

Resumable AI chat

Chat persistence built natively on the Vercel AI SDK, no third-party chat library. The hard part: a user refreshes mid-stream. The model is still thinking. The client is gone. The answer still comes back.

  • next.js
  • ai sdk
  • persistence

Voice mode

Our 60-tool agent talks you through its work. Sonnet does the thinking. Haiku runs alongside, narrating what it's doing and distilling the answer for speech. Audio only at the edges. An order of magnitude cheaper than a realtime voice API. Read the write-up

02How I work

How a team ships with agents

My job moved from writing most of the code to building the system that writes it, and owning what reaches production. Engineers, designers and non-technical teammates all ship through it.
  1. 01

    Issue

Scoped as a GitHub Issue an agent can pick up

  2. 02

    Session

A Claude Code session in its own git worktree, up to 12 at once

  3. 03

    Context

Shared skills, MCP servers and CLI tools load into each session

  4. 04

    Review

Every PR checked against our production standards

  5. 05

    Ship

    Merged, deployed, watched

What I own

  • The team's Claude Code workflow
  • Code review, DevOps and production standards
  • Two junior engineers, who report to me
  • Customer calls and demos

Field notes

Once agents do the work, plan in GitHub Issues. We dropped Jira without a meeting about it.
The build-it-yourself bar has dropped. I replaced our docs vendor with a static site in under an hour.

04Experience

From CAD drawings to agent systems

Three years drafting precast concrete in AutoCAD. A switch to software in 2019. Now I design agent systems.

Building agent systems too?

I'm always up for comparing notes with people working on the same problems. Email reaches me fastest.

Happy to compare notes on

  • Agent architecture

Orchestration, tools and MCP, sessions, model routing.

  • Agent-to-UI

Streaming, runtime components, chat that survives a refresh.

  • Agentic delivery

How a small team ships with parallel agent sessions.

  • Voice agents

A thinking agent that talks, without the realtime-API bill.
